RFS was significantly shorter in patients with 1p-deleted meningiomas, regardless of concurrent 22q deletion. Patients with atypical meningioma harboring 1p deletion had significantly shorter RFS than patients with meningiomas lacking 1p deletion. Among patients with 1p-deleted meningioma, no difference in survival length was found according to concurrent 22q deletion
